What a lovely dinner experience at The Water & Wine Restaurant ! Beautiful views overlooking the Watchung Lake! The service was top notch! Our Server Bill was exemplary! He was very knowledgeable about the menu, answered our questions and made recommendations! Thank you Bill!! The entire team was attentive, poured our drinks, checked in on us, cleaned the crumbs off the table. Truly a fine dining experience! High compliments to the Chef and Kitchen Brigade!!! Delicious cuisine! We ordered from the Specials and regular menu. Every dish was well prepared and presented! My favorite was the crab cake appetizer! And creme brulee!! Looking forward to returning. We made reservations. The restaurant quickly filled up so recommend making reservations. Parking- only valet parking on site on a Friday night. After dinner, we took a little stroll to The Watchun Lake Park and saw the water damn. It was a great night!

I took my wife for our anniversary and had an excellent experience. The service is excellent. The food tastes amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxing. We ordered the crab meat cocktail and grilled octopus appetizer to start. I ordered the lamb chops and my wife ordered tagliatelle pescatore. I must say, the food was excellent. Flavors were there. We will definitely come back again to dine. Service is excellent. Parking is valet only.

Just WOW! What a great experience from the moment I drove into the parking lot! The gentlemen working valet were very friendly and kind which immediately brightened my mood. Upon entering, the hostess immediately took us to our table. The restaurant is cozy & so beautiful. The windows looking out really set the mood and make the ambiance feel luxurious. Now, for the food! We ordered the burrata with honey glazed figs as an appetizer & the chicken gianbotta & filet mignon for our entrees. All 3 items were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. For drinks, we had the Spring Bliss Sangria & Plum Role - both were strong and yummy. The star of the show for me was the dessert. We ordered the Water & Wine "Fricassee" which is an assortment of sorbets and mixed berries & oh my goodness. It was BEYOND delicious!! So refreshing & tasty. Definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. 10/10 recommend trying it out! Lastly, I’d like to give a shout out to our server Jackie. She was so personable, pleasant and attentive the entire time. She definitely added to our awesome experience. I’ll 100% be back!

We've been to Water &. Wine many times for dinner and everything has always been wonderful! This past Sunday we celebrated my daughter's baby shower here and everything was above and beyond my expectations! I cannot say enough about Rita, the event coordinator that we worked with. She was always pleasant to speak with, had excellent communication, and always responded to me quickly. She worked with me patiently on menu options and had the room set up for us in a way that worked perfect for our event. The maitre d and staff that served us for the party were all incredible as well. So pleasant and on top of everything! And on top of all of that the atmosphere is just beautiful. I highly recommend having an event/party here!

I have eaten at this restaurant twice! The food is delicious! Pasta is delicious. A variety of bread on the table. Wait staff very accommodating. Children friendly. Valet parking. Beautiful view over looking the lake.

My husband and celebrated our anniversary here, and we fully enjoyed our special night out. The service, food and atmosphere were all wonderful. We don't come often, only on special occasions and we weren't disappointed.

Had the pre-fix menu for lunch. The food was excellent and so delicious. My friend & I split two appetizers. The stuffed mushrooms, & the garlic shrimp. Sorry I forgot to take a picture!! They put olives on the table, which we didn't eat, and hot bread with butter & olive oil. We both had short ribs, mashed potatoes with string beans & nice brown gravy! Dessert was also included. I had a dark chocolate granache with whipped cream & my friend had cream brulee, & we split both! All for 38 each. We both had two large, strong sangrias that were 15 each. Will definitely return!!

We went to Water and Wine and the food was absolutely amazing! We had a table near the window overlooking the lake and it was so romantic. The portions were huge. Even my husband was impressed with the portions and he is a hearty eater. The service was impeccable. Georgia was our server and she was fantastic. She was extremely attentive and did not miss a beat. We are definitely going back and I will definitely ask to.be seated in Georgia's section again.
